摘 要:为了研究预应力活性粉末混凝土梁的抗裂性能,通过改变非预应力筋配筋率,对8根预应力活性粉末混凝土矩形截面简支梁进行抗弯性能试验研究,分析不同非预应力筋配筋情况对试验梁受力性能的影响;探讨了试验加载阶段中裂缝形式、裂缝分布、裂缝间距、开裂荷载及抗裂度验算。结果表明:非预应力筋配筋率对试验梁开裂前的抗弯性能基本无影响,开裂后期,随配筋率的增加,极限弯矩增加明显;平均裂缝宽度、最大裂缝宽度和平均裂缝间距随配筋率的增大而减小;在正常使用极限状态下,活性粉末混凝土预应力钢筋能充分发挥两者协同工作时强度。In order to study the anti-cracking performance of pre-stressed RPC beam,by changing the reinforcement ratio of non-prestressed reinforcement,experimental study was made for flexural performance of 8 pre-stressed RPC simply-supported beams with rectangular section,and the influences of different non-prestressed reinforcement ratio on flexural performance of the tested beams were analyzed; The crack types,crack distribution,crack spacing,crack load and crack resistance calculation were discussed. The results show that,the non-prestressed reinforcement ratio basically has no influence on flexural performance of the test beams before cracking,during the later period of cracking,with the increase of the reinforcement ratio,the limit bending moment increases significantly; The average crack width,the maximum crack width and the average crack spacing decreases with the increase of the reinforcement ratio;Under normal use limit state,the reactive powder concrete prestressed reinforcement can give full strength when working together.
