摘　　要：以废弃动植物油脂(地沟油、酸化油)等为原料工业化大规模生产高品质C16及C18脂肪酸甲酯是一项技术难度相当高的工作,要实现1脱醇2脱色3脱臭4脱杂及产品的高纯度,因此必须采用最先进的多塔连续真空精馏技术。保持稳定的高真空(100-500Pa)是生产的首要因素;其次必须采用低压降、高性能、大通量的金属规整填料,保证分离提纯效果;对操作温度、进出料、回流、液位,真空度等工艺参数采用DCS控制以实现生产过程自动化、信息化。The large-scale industrial production of high quality C16 and C18 fatty acid methyl abandoned animal and vegetable oil is a very challenging task. In order to achieve dealcoho ester based on lization, decolorization, deodorization, deimpurity and products with high purity, the most advanced multitower continuous vacuum rectification technology is required. The primary factor is holding a stable high vacuity （100-500Pa）. Secondly, it is required to have metal structured packing with low pressure drop, high efficiency and high capacity in order to ensure the quality of the rectification. The DCS control system controls the process parameter such as operation temperature, output and input materials, back-flow, fluid level and vacuity.
