摘　　要：胶原酶溶盘术治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出症具有方法简便、效果可靠等特点。本文简要介绍胶原酶溶盘术的治疗方法、适应证、注意事项和需向患者解释的问题等治疗体会。Collagenase chemonucleolysis is a simple and reliable method for the treatment of cervical and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. This paper systematically introduces the treatment experience of collagenase chemonucleolysis, including therapeutic method, indications, treatment notes, questions needed to be explained to the patients.
