摘　　要：本文介绍注射用胶原酶联合其他疗法治疗椎间盘突出症的临床研究进展,并对联合治疗的原理和作用进行分析,认为胶原酶注射作为治疗椎间盘突出症的基本疗法,在联合治疗中发挥着重要的作用。This paper reviews the research progress in collagenase for injection combined with other therapies for the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation, and meanwhile the principles and function of the combination therapy are comprehensively analyzed. It is concluded that the collagenase, as the basic therapy for the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation, can play an important role in the combination therapy.
