助孕3号方联合黄体酮对50例先兆流产的疗效及对PIBF和β-HCG的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察助孕3号方联合黄体酮对先兆流产的疗效及对PIBF和β-HCG的影响。方法 :回顾性分析我院2013年1月—2015年2月收治的100例先兆流产患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予黄体酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合助孕3号方治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,治疗前后患者的PIBF、β-HCG水平,出血时间、出血量、腰酸胀痛和小腹疼痛或坠胀的评分。结果 :观察组患者治疗的总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组患者的78.00%(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后PIBF、β-HCG的水平均明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后的出血时间、出血量、腰酸胀痛和小腹疼痛或坠胀的评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的相关指标的评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :助孕3号方联合黄体酮能有效上调先兆流产患者PIBF的表达水平,促进β-HCG的分泌,增强孕妇的黄体功能,发挥胚胎保护和抗流产的作用,同时亦能改善患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the curative effect of prescription Zhuyun- III and progesterone on threatened miscarriage and their effect on PIBF and β-HCG. Methods： One hundred cases of patients with threatened miscarriage treated in our hospital from January, 2013 to February, 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 cases each according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with progesterone while the observation group with prescription Zhuyun- Ⅲ besides progesterone. The clinic effectiveness, PIBF and β-HCG levels, the bleeding time and volume, backache pain and abdominal pain or bulge of the score were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （92% vs 78%） （P〈0.01）. PIBF and β-HCG levels were significantly higher after treatment than before and furthermore in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. The bleeding time and volume, backache pain and abdominal pain or bulge score were significantly lower after treatment than before, and in the observation group than in the control group after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Prescription Zhuyun- Ⅲ combined with progesterone can effectively increase the expression of PIBF, promote the secretion of β-HCG, enhance the corpus function of pregnant women and play an important role in embryo protection and anti-miscarriage function, and meanwhile can also improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
