摘　　要：贫困是我国农村长期面临的主要社会问题之一。国内外学术界对农村贫困的关注和研究从未减弱,对致贫原因的研究逐步深入。国内外学者对致贫原因的认识和观点基本一致,认为农村贫困的发生是地理环境、经济文化、政策制度、人力资本等多个因素综合作用和相互影响的结果。只有深入分析致贫原因,制定和落实脱贫政策及措施,我国2020年全面建成小康社会的目标才能顺利实现。Poverty is one of the main social problems that our country faces in the long future. The focus on the poverty by the academic circles at home and abroad has been intensified and the research on the factors of poverty is deepening steadily. In understanding the causes of poverty,the domestic and foreign scholars have reached a basic agreement that they generally have believed that the incidence of poverty is a result of the joint functions and effects of multiple factors such as geological environment,economy and culture,policy and political system,and human capital etc. Only by the deeply analyzing the causes of poverty,formulating and implementing policies and measures for poverty reduction,can China＇s goal of building a moderately well-off society in 2020 be realized smoothly.
