针织印染废水处理工程设计实例

摘  要:针织印染废水色度高,水质波动大。采用"混凝沉淀+复合水解酸化+接触氧化+脱色混凝沉淀"组合工艺处理针织印染废水,工艺设计合理成熟,设施运行简便,处理效果良好。该工程设计规模为5 000 m3/d,工程总投资约546万元,运行费用1.2元/m3。实际运行结果表明,处理出水水质能够达到《江苏省纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(DB32/670-2004)中表1标准。The knitting printing and dyeing wastewater had high color intensity and variation of water quality.The combined process of "coagulating sedimentation + hybrid hydrolysis acidification sludge blanket reactor + biological contact oxidation process+ decolorization-coagulating sedimentation " was used to treat the wastewater.The design was mature and reasonable,the wastewater treatment facility had stable and easy operation.The designed capacity of project was 5 000 m3/d,the investment was about 5.46 million yuan,and the operation cost was 1.2 yuan/m3.The running results indicated that the effluent quality could meet the requirements of the standand in the table 1 of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry in Jiangsu Province(DB32/670-200).
