摘　　要：化学品种类多样且广泛存在于人们的生产生活中,在给人类带来便利的同时,也对人类健康和生存环境造成一定的危害。随着全社会对化学品不良影响的日趋关注,化学品的环境管理刻不容缓。通过分析国外经典的化学品管理制度、法规,指出国内当前化学品环境管理体系存在的不足,并提出相应的建议。There were a wide variety of chemicals,employed by all walks of life. They brought great convenience and were significant to human beings,meanwhile,they did some adverse effects to human health and the inhabited environment. Due to the increasing concern of chemicals＇ adverse effects,environmental management of chemicals was urgent. The regulations or laws in the developed countries that worth learning were analyzed,and the disadvantages existed in our environmental management system of chemicals were pointed out,some practical suggestions were proposed.
