摘 要:目前,氰酸酯树脂(CE)已被公认为是"21世纪制备高性能结构/功能材料最具竞争力的的树脂品种",它具有优良的力学性能、电性能和热性能等,在航空航天和电子工业等高技术领域具有广泛的应用前景。综述了几种氰酸脂树脂的改性方法,其中包括热固性树脂、热塑性树脂、橡胶弹性体、晶须等改性方法,以及氰酸酯树脂在国内外的研究现状与发展方向。Currently, cyanate ester resin (CE) has been recognized as the most competitive resin for being the preparation of high performance structure material in the 21st century. It has excellent mechanical properties, electronie properties , thermal properties, and it will be widely used in high-teeh fields such as aerospace and electronics industries. Several kinds of modification methods for cyanate ester resin were summarized, including thermosetting resin, thermoplastic resin, rubber elastomer, and whiske. The research status and development direction of cyanate ester resin at home and abroad were reviewed.
