摘　　要：目的探讨囊肿-腹腔分流术治疗儿童先天性蛛网膜囊肿的临床效果。方法选择2009年1月至2014年12月新乡市中心医院收治的先天性蛛网膜囊肿患儿32例,根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组16例。对照组患儿给予囊肿切除术,观察组患儿给予囊肿-腹腔分流术,比较2组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为93.8%和87.5%,2组患儿治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿手术时间、术中出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但2组患儿囊肿消失时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患儿低颅压、高颅压、术后感染等并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论囊肿-腹腔分流术治疗儿童先天性蛛网膜囊肿创伤小,操作简便,安全性好。Objective To study the effect of cysts-peritoneal shunt on congenital arachnoid cysts in children. Methods Thirty-two children with congenital arachnoid cysts were selected in the Central Hospital of Xinxiang City from January 2009 to December 2014. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the therapy method, with sixteen patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with cysteetomy, while the patients in observation group were treated with cysts-peritoneal shunt. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group and control group was 93.8% and 87.5 % respectively, there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The operation time and intraoperative bleeding in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the extinction time of cysts between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of low intracranial pressure, high intracranial pressure and postoperative infection between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cysts-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of congenital arachnoid cysts has the advantages of little trauma, simple operation and good safety.
