摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素-33(IL-33)及其受体ST2在寻常型银屑病(PV)皮损中的表达情况。方法选取PV患者30例(PV组)和非PV患者15例(正常对照组)为研究对象,取PV组患者的皮损区和正常对照组患者的正常皮肤采用免疫组织化学和免疫荧光法检测IL-33和ST2的表达水平。结果与正常对照组比较,PV组患者皮损组织中IL-33及其受体ST2从表皮细胞的基底层到颗粒层均存在高表达。IL-33在PV组患者的阳性表达率为90.00%,高于正常对照组的阳性表达率46.67%(P<0.05)。ST2在PV组阳性表达率为83.33%,高于正常对照组的阳性表达率53.33%(P<0.05)。结论 IL-33及其受体ST2在PV皮损中表达显著增高,提示IL-33和ST2可能在PV的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用。Objective To study the expression of interleukin-33 （IL-33） and its receptor ST2 in psoriasis vulgaris （PV） lesions. Methods Thirty PV patients （PV group） and fifteen non-PV patients （normal control group） were selected as study subject. Tissue samples from lesion area of patients in PV group and normal skin of patients in normal control group were obtained to detect the expression levels of IL-33 and ST2 by using immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence methods. Results Compared with the normal control group,the expression of IL-33 and ST2 in lesion area（from the basal layer of the epidermis to the granular layer） of patients in PV group was higher. The positive expression rate of IL-33 and ST2 in PV group was 90.00% and 83.33% ;the positive expression rate of IL-33 and ST2 in normal control group was 46.67% and 53.33% ; the positive expression rate of IL-33 and ST2 in PV group was significantly higher than that in normal control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The lesion area of PV patients has higher expression of IL-33 and its receptor ST2, which suggesting that IL-33 and ST2 may play important roles in the development of PV.
