摘  要:采用土壤学常规实验研究了小兴安岭原始红松林和人工红松林土壤酶活性和土壤理化性质的时空变化及两者之间的相关性。结果表明:土壤酶活性及土壤理化性质各项指标整体上表现为9月份最高,表层土壤(0<h≤5 cm)高于下层土壤(5 cm<h≤20 cm),且差异显著。原始红松林土壤葡萄糖苷酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性低于人工红松林,土壤多酚氧化酶和土壤脲酶活性却相反;土壤理化性质各项指标以原始红松林较高,土壤理化性质和土壤酶活之间具有显著相关性。We used a conventional soil science experimental methods to study the temporal and spatial variation of the soil enzyme activity,the soil physical and chemical properties,and the correlation between original and artificial Korean pine forests.The soil enzyme activities and the soil physical and chemical properties of the indicators are the highest overall performance in September,the surface(0〈h≤5 cm) is higher than the lower(5 cm〈h≤20 cm),and the difference is significant.The activities of the soil glucosidase,the soil acid phosphatase and the soil catalase in original Korean pine forest are less than the artificial Korean pine forest,but the soil polyphenol oxidase and the soil urease are in contrast.The indicators of the soil physical and chemical properties in the original Korean pine forest is higher.There is a significant correlation between the physical and chemical properties of soil and soil enzyme activities.
