摘 要:环氧浇注干式变压器相对于其他干式变压器具有很多优点,但是出于经济性的考虑,其电压等级及容量的提高受到了制约。本文对一台尚处于设计阶段的110k V环氧浇注变压器绝缘结构进行了仿真验证。首先,建立该变压器的二维电场仿真模型;其次,根据不同的连接位置分别对该二维模型进行有限元电场仿真;再次,分析在不同连接位置下空气绝缘和环氧树脂绝缘中的电场强度;最后,根据电场结果分析得知该绝缘结构能够满足工频耐压试验的要求,并对后续工作进行了展望。Compared with the other dry-type transformers,the cast resin transformer has many advantages. But in consideration of economy,its development on the voltage level and capacity is restricted. In this paper,the authors carry out simulation verification on a novel insulation structure of 110 k V cast resin transformer which is still in design. Firstly,2-D simulation model of the transformer is built up. Secondly,electric field of this model is simulated with FEM in different link positions. Thirdly,the strength of electric field in the air insulation and epoxy insulation is analyzed. Final,the conclusion that the insulation structure could meet the demand of power-frequency voltage-withstand test is proposed according to the analysis,and the following-up research is prospected.
