摘  要:鉴于正确选择城市供水方案有助于提高城市居民用水保证率、改善城市生态环境、提升城市品位增强吸引力,以LS市为例,首先对影响城市供水方案选择的因素进行筛选,建立城市供水方案综合优选指标体系;其次通过构建的基于海明贴近度的城市供水方案模糊物元优选模型对各方案进行贴近度计算,选择出促进人水和谐和LS市社会经济可持续发展的供水方案。结果表明,基于海明贴近度的城市供水方案模糊物元优选模型合理可行,可为LS市供水方案的选择提供理论依据。The correct choice of water supply scheme is helpful to improve the water consumption rate of urban residents, the ecological environment, promote the city grade and enhance the attraction of urban residents. Taking LS city as an example, firstly, the paper establishes a comprehensive assessment index system of water supply schemes by screening the factors influencing water supply scheme; Secondly, the approach degree of each scheme is calculated through the fuzzy matter-element model of optimization water supply scheme based on Haiming approach degree. Finally, the water supply scheme that promotes human-water harmony and social economy sustainable development is chosen. The results show that the urban water supply scheme of fuzzy matter element optimization model based Hamming approach degree is reasonable and feasible, which can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of LS city water supply scheme.
