摘 要:探索了影响电解净化废液在低浓度二氧化硫烟气吸收脱硫过程中的关键因素,并摸索了最佳反应工艺条件,结果表明,烟气中二氧化硫初始浓度、吸收液pH、液气比和氧化反应时间等都对脱硫效率有明显的影响;在现场小试条件下,电解净化废液脱硫最佳工艺条件为:烟气中二氧化硫初始浓度≤4 000mg/m3、吸收液pH≥6、液气比(L/G)4.5L/m3、脱硫后液氧化时间控制10min。以该试验结论为依据,设计了以电解净化废液为主要脱硫介质,异常情况下氢氧化钠碱液进行保障吸收的双介质脱硫工艺,同时设计开发了具有双循环系统的脱硫塔并实施应用,吸收效果显著,尾气全时达标。Key factors effecting desulfurization of low concentration SO2 flue gas with electrolytic purifying waste solution and the optimum technological conditions were explored.The results indicate that desulfurization efficiency was apparently affected by initial SO2 concentration of flue gas,pH value of absorption liquid,ratio of liquid to gas (L/G),and oxidation reaction time.Under small-scale field experiment conditions,the optimum desulfurization process conditions include inlet SO2 concentration of ≤4 000 mg/m3,pH value of absorption liquid of ≥6,L/G of 4.5 L/m3,and oxidation reaction time after desulfurization of 10 min.Based on the results,double medium desulfurization process was designed,in which electrolytic purifying waste solution was the main desulfurization medium and sodium hydroxide was the absorbing guarantee medium under abnormal condition,at the same time,desulfurization tower with binary system was designed and implemented.The absorption effect is remarkable and offgas meets standard all the time.
