摘　　要：近些年,后发国家企业研制突破性技术引起了学术界的深切关注,本土需求作为一种特殊需求,其对突破性技术的影响也日益受到学者重视,现有研究大多强调本土需求对于突破性技术实现的重要性,而将其中的作用机理视为一个黑箱。为了打开黑箱,拟通过对珠海格力电器股份有限公司进行案例研究,探究本土需求引致突破性技术的过程。研究结论主要如下:本土需求引致突破性技术的过程是一个动态、非线性的过程,企业积累的技术能力是架起本土需求与突破性技术内外部桥梁的重要节点,而技术能力发挥作用依赖企业对本土需求价值的判断;本土需求过渡到突破性技术的每一个要素都很重要,但是为了最优化创造价值,这些要素必须同步和有效率,各个要件的整合和平衡对于保证整个过程的协调以及满足需求的特殊性非常必要。In recent years, the development of breakthrough technology achieved by China＇ s latecomer enterprises arouses the attention of the academic world; and the influence of the domestic demand, special as it is, upon the development of breakthrough technology has increasingly become the concern of scholars. However, most of the existing research dwell on the importance of domestic demands for breakthrough technology while leaving the internal stimulating mechanism uncovered in the dark. In order to expose the internal mechanism, this paper takes Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Co. LTD as an example to reveal how domestic demands lead to the development of breakthrough technology. The conclusion is drawn that the process of domestic demands resulting in the development of breakthrough technology is dynamic and nonlinear; the key node connecting the development of breakthrough technology and domestic demands is the accumulated technique possessed by the enterprises, and the functioning of the technical capacity of the enterprises relies on the sound judgment on the values of the domestic demand. Every element connecting domestic demands with the emergence of breakthrough technology is important; but in order to optimize value creation, all the elements must be working synchronously and efficiently; and the integration and balance of different elements is vital for the coordination of the whole process and the satisfaction of peculiar demands. This research helps deepen the academic comprehension of the connection between domestic demands and breakthrough technology.
