摘  要:以极限高温测试作为评判方法,分别考查蓄电池外壳材料及厚度、电解液成分、铅膏类型及催化栓等因素对蓄电池高温性能的影响。结果表明,采用改性ABS材料、特性铅膏配方,且外壳厚度在8 mm以上的电池耐高温性能较好。同时,采用胶体电解液、安装催化栓也可以在一定程度上提升电池的高温性能。The influences of container material and thickness,electrolyte composition,paste type,and catalytic plug on the high temperature performance of lead-acid battery were studied based on high temperature limit test in this paper.The results showed that the high temperature performance of the lead-acid battery was better when the modified ABS materials and specific paste are used,and the container thickness was more than 8 mm.At the same time,by using the gelled electrolyte and catalytic plug,the high temperature performance of the battery could be improved to a certain extent.
