摘 要:成组使用的蓄电池在使用一段时间后会出现容量衰减不一致、开路电压差加大、放电终止电压差更大的问题,提前到达保护电压而失效。生产技术的一致性差是蓄电池组产生差异性衰减的内因,相对的过充电和过放电是电池差异性衰减的主要外因。目前的电池管理技术能够发现和定位落后电池,但对延缓或减轻电池的进一步落后无法从根本上解决问题,转移式电池均衡技术运用自动可变脉冲技术和差异化电流技术对电池的电压和电流进行科学、合理的均衡调节,控制和消除电池落后的外因,防止热失控。本文通过该技术样机在一组单体2V待检修蓄电池组上的应用来说明这项技术对改善电池一致性的作用。The problems of inconsistent capacity decay,increased open circuit voltage difference and higher discharge termination voltage difference will occur after the battery cells are used for a period of time.Then the cells will fail early due to reaching the protecting voltage.The bad consistency of production technology is the internal cause of differentiated capacity decay of the batteries,and the relative overcharge and over-discharge are the main external causes.The "weak" cells can be found and located over the current battery management technologies,but won't address the root of the problems.By transfer type battery equalization technology based on automatic variable pulse technology and differential current technology,the voltages and currents of cells can be equalized and adjusted scientifically and reasonably,the external causes of "weak" cells can be controlled and eliminated,and the thermal runaway can be avoided.In this paper,the role of the transfer type battery equalization technology to improve the consistency of cells is illustrated by the application of the prototype in a battery of 2 V cells waiting for repair.
