摘 要:对所设计的涡流管膨胀降压的R290制冷系统进行热力计算,并与常规节流降压R290制冷系统的性能比较,得出涡流管膨胀降压的R290制冷系统的性能系数,随着涡流管喷嘴效率的升高、蒸发温度升高和冷凝温度降低而增大。涡流管膨胀降压R290制冷系统的性能系数要明显大于常规制冷系统的性能系数,蒸发温度升高差值增大。涡流管膨胀降压R290制冷系统的性能系数提升随蒸发温度的升高、涡流管喷嘴效率的提高和冷凝温度的降低而相应增大。The article introduces thermal calculation of designed vortex tube expansion depressurization R290 refrigeration system compared with traditional throttle depressurization R290 refrigeration system performance, whose result is that vortex tube expansion depressurization R290 refrigeration system performance index increases with increasing vortex tube nozzle efficiency, increasing evaporation temperature and decreasing condensation temperature. Designed vortex tube expansion depressurization R290 refrigeration system performance index is better than traditional refrigeration system performance index. Its evaporation temperature difference will increase. Vortex tube expansion depressurization R290 refrigeration system performance index increases with increasing vortex tube nozzle efficiency, increasing evaporation temperature and decreasing condensation temperature.
