摘  要:为研究地层剪切后聚合物对油田采出液的影响,建立了一套由重力沉降装置、气浮选装置、核桃壳过滤器装置组成的室内小型污水处理快速评价系统,研究上述三种装置对含超声波降解非离子型聚丙烯酰胺的采出液的处理效果。实验结论表明,含油浓度为0~200 mg/L时,降解聚合物不利于油水分离;气浮选装置除油效果明显优于重力沉降装置;含油浓度一定时,随着聚合物浓度的增加,核桃壳过滤器失效时间变短,采出液含油浓度越高,核桃壳滤料越易失效。To study the effect of polymer sheared by stratum on oilfield produced fluid, a set of indoor small experiment system of quickly evaluating sewage treatment is established,which includes gravity settling device,air flotation device and walnut shell filter device,and this paper studied the separating effect of producted liquid containing the nonionic polyacrylamide degraded by ultrasonic wave flowing through the above three kinds of device.The result shows that when the polymer concentration is in the range of 0~200 mg/L,the polymer is not conducive to oil-water separation.The de-oiling effect of air flotation device is obviously much better than that of gravity settling device.When the oil concentration in the sewage is unchanged,with the increase of polymer concentration,the failure time of the walnut shell filter is shorter.In addition,the higher the oil concentration of producted liquid is, the walnut shell filter is more prone to failure.
