摘　　要：农民安置型社区作为新形势下城镇化发展的特定产物,其社区文化建设显得十分重要。农民到居民的身份转变是否成功,直接影响了社区文化建设的成效。然而,由于社区居民自由散漫、缺乏凝聚力和身份认同感以及文化素质存在差异,致使安置社区文化建设阻力重重。同时,有限的社区建设经费无法满足社区文化建设的费用支出及需求,影响了社区文化建设活动的正常开展。Farmers resettlement communities are important products ofurbanization development,so culture construction of the communities is particularly important when the identity transition from farmer to towner occur to people.However, lacking of cohesion and self-identity and difference of cultural quality lead to a lot of obstaeleof the community culture construction.Meanwhile,lacking of funds results in insufficient of hardware facilities andaffect the normal development of community culture construction activities.
