摘 要:目的探讨手机短信教育对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者认知行为能力的影响。方法选取2014年4月~2015年6月我院的80例T2DM患者作为研究对象,随机分为手机短信教育组(A组,44例)和常规教育组(B组,36例)。A组给予手机短信模式结合常规的健康个体化教育管理,B组仅给予常规教育管理。比较两组糖尿病患者的认知能力、血糖变化、自我效能及生活质量。结果随访1年后,两组糖尿病患者的认知能力、血糖控制情况、自我效能及生活质量较教育前均有显著改善,A组的各项指标改善均显著优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行手机短信教育结合常规教育方式随访管理,能够更好地控制患者血糖水平,提高患者糖尿病知识水平,促进其行为改变,提高自我管理能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of mobile phone short message education on cognitive behavior ability in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 80 patients with T2 DM in our hospital from April 2014 to June2015 were selected and randomly divided into the mobile phone short message education group(group A,44cases) and the regular group(group B,36 cases).Group A was given the mobile phone short message education with the conventional health education,group B was only given conventional health education.The cognitive ability in patients with diabetes mellitus knowledge,the changes of blood glucose,self-efficacy and quality of life in the two groups was compared.Results After 1 years of follow-up,the diabetes cognitive ability,blood glucose control,self-efficacy and quality of life in the two groups were significantly improved(P〈0.05).The improvement of the indexes of group A was significantly better than that of group B,with significant difference(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Management of diabetic patients with mobile phone short message education and conventional education can prompt not only blood glucose control level but also the knowledge level of patients with diabetes mellitus,behavioral change,the ability of self-management and quality of life.
