宫颈LEEP术联合干扰素治疗难治性宫颈炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究宫颈LEEP术联合干扰素在难治性宫颈炎治疗的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月~2015年11月我院就诊的83例难治性宫颈炎患者,根据随机数字表法将83例患者分为手术组和手术＋药物组,手术组常规行宫颈LEEP术治疗,手术＋药物组则给予宫颈LEEP术联合干扰素治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果,创面渗出、宫颈增生等并发症发生情况,阴道平均出血时间、平均排液时间、创面平均愈合时间、住院时间的差异。结果手术＋药物组对比手术组临床治疗效果更高（P〈0.01）;手术＋药物组对比手术组创面渗出、宫颈增生等并发症发生情况更低（P〈0.05）;手术＋药物组对比手术组阴道平均出血时间、平均排液时间、创面平均愈合时间、住院时间均更短（P〈0.05）。结论宫颈LEEP术联合干扰素治疗难治性宫颈炎的临床效果确切,可在术后通过药物有效改善创面情况,减少排液和出血,加速创面愈合,从而有效提高治疗效果,加速患者术后康复,是难治性宫颈炎安全有效的治疗措施。Objective To study the clinical effect of cervical LEEP combined with interferon in the treatment of refractory cervicitis.Methods 83 cases of patients with refractory cervicitis in our hospital from March 2014 to November2015 were collected and diagnosed.According to the random number table method,83 cases were divided into operation group and operation and drug group.Patients in the operation group were treated by cervical LEEP surgery,while patients in operation and drug group were given cervical LEEP combined with interferon treatment.Clinical therapeutic effect,occurrence of wound exudates and cervical hyperplasia etc,time of vaginal average bleeding,time of average row liquid,time of wound average healing and hospitalization time were compared in two groups.Results Compared with operation group,clinical therapeutic effect was more higher（P〈0.01）,occurrence of wound exudates and cervical hyperplasia etc were lower（P〈0.05））,time of vaginal average bleeding,time of average row liquid,time of wound average healing and hospitalization time were shorter（P〈0.05） in operation and drug group.Conclusion The clinical effect of LEEP combined with interferon therapy in refractory cervicitis is exact,after operation drugs treatment effectively improving the condition of wound,reducing discharge and bleeding,accelerating wound healing,so as to effectively improve the therapeutic effect,accelerate postoperative recovery and is effective and safe in treatment of refractory cervicitis.
