CysC、RBP、BUN和Cr联合检测早期诊断肾脏疾病的意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胱抑素C（Cys C）、视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）、血清尿素氮（BUN）和血清肌酐（Cr）联合检测早期诊断肾脏疾病的意义,为临床中对于肾脏疾病的早期肾功能的损害的诊断提供指导。方法选取2014年3月~2015年3月接诊的150例肾脏疾病患者进行研究,并选择来我院健康体检的60例作为对照组。所有受检者在入院后,均抽取静脉血,分离血清后,采用东芝TBA-120全自动生化分析仪检测分析所有患者的Cys C、RBP、BUN和Cr水平,进而分析患者的肾病状况及对疾病诊断的阳性率。结果肾小球肾炎、高血压肾病、糖尿病肾病及肾功能衰竭患者的Cys C、RBP、BUN和Cr水平均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,4项指标的检测阳性率明显升高（P〈0.05）,且RBP阳性率〉Cr阳性率〉Cys C阳性率〉BUN阳性率,表明RBP在对早期肾脏疾病诊断的效果最好,Cys C次之,4项指标联合诊断的阳性率较高。结论 Cys C、RBP、BUN和Cr联合检测早期诊断肾脏疾病的应用价值较高,对于肾脏疾病患者早期肾功能损害状况的诊断有指导性意义。Objective To discuss the significance of joint detection of Cys C,RBP,BUN,and Cr in early diagnosis of renal diseases,and to provide guidance for diagnosis of early renal function impairment.Methods 150 patients with renal diseases treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the study group,and another 60 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.Venous blood samples were collected and the serum was isolated,and then the samples were analyzed by a TBA-120 fully automatic biochemical analyser for levels of Cys C,RBP,BUN,and Cr.The renal disease conditions and positive rate of disease diagnosis were analyzed.Results The levels of Cys C,RBP,BUN,and Cr in patients with glomerulonephritis,hypertensive nephropathy,diabetic nephropathy,and kidney failure were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The positive rates of these four indicators were significantly higher in those patients than in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the positive rates showed in RBP〉Cr〉BUN〉Cys C,which indicated that RBP had the best diagnostic effect in early renal diseases,followed by Cys C,and the positive rate of joint detection of the 4 indicators were high.Conclusion The joint detection of Cys C,RBP,BUN,and Cr has high application value in early diagnosis of renal diseases,showing a guiding significance for diagnosis of early renal function impairment.
