延续护理对COPD患者自我护理能力和健康行为的影响

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨延续护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我护理能力和健康行为的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2015年6月我院收治的200例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为此次研究的对象,随机将其分为对照组、观察组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上实施延续护理干预。比较两组患者的生活质量总评分、自我护理能力评分、健康行为评分及自我效能评分。结果观察组的生活质量总评分、自我护理能力评分及健康行为评分分别为（80.24±6.71）分、（157.61±12.09）分、（184.69±11.87）分,明显高于对照组的（67.82±6.03）分、（144.27±11.85）分、（172.56±11.05）分（P〈0.05）,观察组患者的自我效能评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者出院后实施延续护理,可有效改善患者的生活质量,还能提高患者的自我护理能力、自我效能以及健康行为。Objective To study and discuss the effect of continuous nursing on self-care ability and health behavior of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 200 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and each group had 100 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The total score of life quality and the score of self-care ability,health behavior and self efficacy was respectively compared between the two groups.Results The total score of life quality and the score of self-care ability,health behavior in the observation group was（80.24±6.71） score,（157.61±12.09） score,（184.69±11.87） score,respectively higher than that was（67.82±6.03） score,（144.27±11.85） score,（172.56±11.05） score in the control group（P〈0.05）.The score of self-efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after discharge,the implementation of continuous nursing can effectively improve the life quality of patients,and can improve the patient′s self-care ability,self-efficacy and health behavior.
