摘  要:目的观察松蘑提取液对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠功能的影响。方法 50只小鼠随机分成对照组、模型组和松蘑提取液低、中、高剂量组(100mg/mL、150mg/mL、200 mg/mL)。采用D-半乳糖复制衰老模型,检测小鼠脏器指数,学习记忆功能,测定大脑皮层和海马组织SOD、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量。结果模型组小鼠空间学习记忆功能下降,逃避潜伏期延长;皮层和海马组织SOD、GSH-PX活性降低,MDA含量增高。松蘑提取液治疗组能明显改善衰老小鼠的空间学习记忆能力,显著提高皮层和海马中SOD、GSH-PX活性,降低MDA水平,呈剂量依赖性。结论松蘑提取液减轻了衰老小鼠的学习记忆障碍,其机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。Objective To investigate the effects of tricholoma matsutake extracting solution on learning memory and anti-oxidative ability of mice induced by D-galactose.Methods The mice were divided into a control group,D-galactose model group,and three tricholoma matsutake extracting solution treatment groups.We copied the aging mice model with D-galactose.Spatial learning and memory ability was examined using Morris water maze test after drug administration.The activities of SOD,GSHPX and the level of MDA in mice brain were determined using biochemical method.Results The results showed that model group not only caused degression of spacial cognition ability,but also damage of anti-oxidative ability in the brain of mice.After tricholoma matsutake extracting solution administration,SOD and GSH-Px activity in brain increased,while MDA level decreased with a dose dependent manner.Conclusion All these suggested that tricholoma matsutake extracting solution can improve the mice's abilities of memory,and the mechanism may be correlated with the anti-oxidation.
