血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床中血液检验在贫血诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的76例缺铁性贫血及65例海洋性贫血患者的临床资料,分别设为缺铁性贫血组和海洋性贫血组,同时随机选取同期就诊的80例正常人的血样作为参照组,研究三组血液检查中RBC、Hb、RDW、MCH、MCHC、MCV等相关指标情况。结果缺铁性贫血组及海洋性贫血组患者与正常组患者各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);缺铁性贫血组与海洋性贫血组患者之间相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血液检测在贫血诊断和鉴别诊断中效果显著,RBC、Hb、RDW、MCH、MCHC、MCV等相关指标的差异对诊断不同的贫血类型有指导意义,可有效提高贫血诊断率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of blood test in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia. Methods The clinical data of patients with iron deficiency anemia or mediterranean anemia admitted in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed, and the blood samples of eighty normal subjects were act as control group. RBC, Hb, RDW, MCH, MCHC, MCV and other indexes of patients/ blood samples in these three groups were detected. Results There were significant differences between patients with iron deficiency anemia and normal subjects （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the indexes of the patients with iron deficiency anemia and mediterranean anemia （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Blood detection in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anemia has significant efficacy. The differences of RBC, Hb, RDW, MCH, MCHC, MCV and other related indexes could guide the diagnosis of different types of anemia. This methods should be popularized in clinics.
