多层螺旋CT应用于支气管扩张诊断中的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的分析多层螺旋CT应用于支气管扩张诊断中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的86例支气管扩张患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予常规CT检查与多层螺旋CT后处理重建,对比两种方法的支气管扩张肺段结果。结果 86例支气管扩张患者共检出185个支气管扩张肺段,其中常规CT检查出60个,检出率为32.43%(60/185),多层螺旋CT后处理重建检出133个,检出率为71.89%(133/185)。多层螺旋后处理重建CT检出率高于常规CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。选取7 mm常规层厚重建检出135个,检出率为72.9 7%,选取0.625 mm薄层重建图像检出185个,检出率为100%,0.625 mm薄层重建图像检出率高于7 mm常规层厚重建检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT应用于支气管扩张诊断中的临床效果显著,特异性较高,可全面了解患者支气管扩张情况,为患者的临床治疗提供最佳治疗时机,值得在临床推广运用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of bronchial dilation. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out to analyze the clinical data of 86 cases of bronchiectasis patients during January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital. All the patients received conventional CT detection and multi-slice spiral CT scan, and the results of these two methods on bronchieetasis pulmonary segment was compared. Results One hundred and eighty-five bronchial dilation of the pulmonary segment were found in these 86 cases of patients, in which 60 were checked out by conventional CT detection, the detection rate was 32.43% （60/185） and 133 were checked out by multi slice spiral CT detection, the detection rate was 71.89%, 133/185）. The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of conventional CT, and the difference was statistically sigtlificant （P〈0.05）. Images of 7 mm reconstruction normal thickness detected 135, the detection rate was 72.97%, images of 0.625 mm reconstruction slice thickness detected 185, the detection rate was 100 %, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has significant efficacy for clinical diagnosis of bronchiectasia, the specificity is higher and it can know the bronchiectasia of patients roundly. So, it is worth to be popularized in clinical diagnosis.
