嘘字诀用于急性期神经根型颈椎病镇痛的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察"嘘"字诀对急性期神经根型颈椎病患者镇痛的效果。方法纳入60例患者,随机数字表法随机分为2组治疗组(常规护理+"嘘"字诀)30例;对照组(常规护理)30例。比较2组的临床疗效及VAS疼痛评分。结果临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率96.67%,对照组有效率80.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);VAS疼痛评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用"嘘"字诀能更有效地治疗急性期神经根型颈椎病。Objective To observe the analgesic effect of ＂ Xu＂ tactics in the acute nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was tresated by routine nursing care and ＂ Xu＂ tactics, while the control group was treated only by routine nursing care. The clinical effect and pain scores（VAS） before and after treatment of the two groups was compared. Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was 96.67%which was better than 80.00% of the control group（P 0.05）. The VAS pain scores of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Application of ＂ Xu＂ tactics in the treatment of acute nerve root type cervical spondylosis was more effective.
