中医治疗痔疮的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医治疗痔疮的临床效果。方法选取120例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各60人。对照组采用传统的西药进行治疗,研究组利用加减千槐椒痔疮液治疗。结果研究组治疗有效率为100%,高于对照组治疗有效率80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在便血、肛门疼痛、肛门潮湿、痔脱出方面的治愈率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用中医治疗痔疮的临床效果良好,患者恢复快,可提高患者对生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group used conven-tional Western medicine treatment. The study group used modified Qianhuanjia Zhichuang liquid in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Results The effective rate of the study group was 100% which was higher than 80% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The cure rate in hematochezia, anal pain, anal wet, prolapse of hemorrhoids of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hemorrhoids is good, can accelerate the recovery of patients, and im-prove the quality of life of patients.
