猪苓阿胶汤治疗婴儿睡眠障碍42例的临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察猪苓阿胶汤治疗婴儿睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法将80例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组42例,口服猪苓阿胶汤;对照组38例,口服龙牡壮骨颗粒,观察睡眠障碍改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率88.10%,对照组总有效率76.32%,有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结果猪苓阿胶汤在改善婴儿睡眠障碍方面有较好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuling Ejiao decoction in the treatment of infantile sleep disorders. Methods80 cases Infant were randomly divided into treatment group（42 cases） which was treated with Zhuling Ejiao decoction orally and control group（38 cases） which was treated with Longmu Zhuanggu granules. The improvement of sleep disorders was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.10%, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.32%, and there was significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Zhuling Ejiao decoction has good curative effect in improving infantile sleep disorders.
