华盖散治疗小儿哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察华盖散加减治疗小儿哮喘的疗效及其对患儿血清Ig E的影响。方法将46例小儿哮喘患者随机分为两组,其中对照组23例,口服复方氨茶碱1片tid;舒喘灵4.8 mg,bid;配合倍氯米松丙酸脂气雾剂吸入治疗。治疗组26例,给予华盖散加复方氨茶碱(1片tid)和舒喘灵(4.8 mg,bid)治疗,7 d为一疗程,3个疗程后判定疗效,观察治疗前后患儿血清Ig E水平变化。结果 1.两组总有效率比较:治疗组总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率65.0%,二者比较,差异有显著性意义。2.两组血清Ig E的变化比较:治疗组患儿血清Ig E的变化幅度较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3.两组不良反应比较:治疗组不良反应3例(13.04%),对照组不良反应2例(8.69%),二者比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论华盖散加减治疗小儿哮喘,能够有效降低患儿血清Ig E水平,疗效满意,且无严重不良反应,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huagai powder in treating pediatric asthma and its influences on Ig E in serum.Methods 46 patients with pediatric asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ 23 cases） took orally Aminophylline for one tablet（ tid）, Salbutamol（ 4.8mg bid） and Beclometasone Dipropionate Aerosol. The treatment group（ 23cases） was given Huagai Powder, Aminophylline（tid）, Salbutamol（4.8mg bid） and Beclometasone Dipropionate Aerosol. 7 days was a courseof treatment. After three courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect was determined, and the variety of the level of Ig E in serum before and after the treatment was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.2%, the total effective rate of the control group was 65.0%, and the difference was significant（ P0.05）. The magnitude on variety of the level of Ig E in the treatment was dramatically than that of in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.There were 3 cases occurring adverse reaction（ 13.04%）, and there was 2 cases occurring adverse reaction（ 8.69%）, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Huagai powder in treating pediatric asthma can decrease the level of Ig E in serum. The treatment is worth popularizing for its safety and satisfaction.
