中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索脉络宁注射液联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的安全性及临床疗效。方法将慢性肾小球肾炎患者120例,随机分成两组,观察组60例在常规治疗的基础上口服氯沙坦钾片及注射脉络宁液进行治疗,对照组60例在常规的治疗的基础上口服氯沙坦钾片,连续治疗2个疗程,2个月为1个疗程。通过临床观察比较两组治疗前后血尿素氮指标、血肌酐、4 h尿蛋白及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后尿素氮、肌酐、24 h尿蛋白均下降(P<0.05),且观察组下降程度更明显(P<0.05),观察组不良反应率为10%,明显低于对照组不良反应率21.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉络宁注射液联合氯沙坦钾治疗慢性肾小球肾炎,临床效果显著且不良反应少,好于单独用药。Objective To explore the safety and clinical effect of Mailuoning injection combined with losartan potassium in the treat-meng of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of conventional therapy, the observation group of 60 cases took orally losartan potassium tablets and Mailuoning injection, and the control group of 60 patients took orally losartan potassium tablets. They received 2 continuous courses of treatment,and two months was a course of treatment. Through clinical observation, blood urea nitrogen index, serum creatinine, 4h urine protein and clinical effect were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observeation group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and 24 h urinary protein of the two groups decreased（ P〈0.05）, and the extent of the observation group decreased more significantly（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of the observation group were 10% which was significantly lower than 21.6% of the control group. Conclusion Mailuoning injection combined with losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has significantly clinical effect and less adverse reactions.
