摘　　要：椎动脉型颈椎病是临床常见病和多发病之一,临床常用西药、手术疗法副作用较为明显,笔者运用"椎五针"埋线针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病取得了良好的疗效,本文重点介绍"椎五针"具体定点。The vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is a kind of common and frequently-ocurring diseases in modern life. There are many therapies for vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis, such as surgery, drug, and so on. But the side effects are obvious. The authors used ＂ Zhuiwuzhen＂ therapy from ＂ Yang＇s 3A＋＂ therapy, which is using acupoint catgut-embedding and acupotomy to treat the vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. This paper mainly introduced the specific point, operation methods and skills.
