针灸结合低能量激光照射治疗腰腿痛49例

摘　　要：目的观察针灸结合低能量激光照射阳性反应点治疗腰腿痛的疗效观察。方法 98例病人,随机等分为两组,每组49例。对照组采取传统针灸治疗,治疗组在传统针灸治疗的基础上,再予低能量激光头照射腰部及下肢阳性反应点。两组疗程均为10天。结果治疗组总有效率为93.9%,明显高于对照组的总有效率85.9%(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合低能量激光照射治疗腰腿痛疗效明显,显效快,有利于疼痛缓解,促进康复。Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with low-level-laser therapy（LLLT）on the positive reaction points in the treatment of the lumbocrural pain. Methods 98 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Based on the traditional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, the treatment group was given the LLLT on the positive reactions points from waist to leg. Two groups were both treated for 10 days. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9 %,which was significantly higher than 85.9% of the control group. The data had a statistically significant difference（ P0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with the low-level-laser therapy（LLLT） has an obvious and fast curative effect on lumbocrural pain, which is helpful in relieving pain.
