小针刀配合中频电流治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的康复及护理

摘　　要：目的观察小针刀配合中频电流治疗膝关节骨性关节炎同时配合康复及护理的临床疗效。方法对86例膝关节骨性关节炎的患者使用小针刀、中频电流等方法治疗,共3个疗程。治疗过程中观察治疗的不良反应,做好健康教育,护理、功能康复锻炼和饮食护理等。结果 86例患者中治愈25例,有效56例,无效5例。有效率为94%。结论通过我们的精心治疗和康复护理疗效显著,良好的康复锻炼及护理措施有效地辅助膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗,为膝关节骨性关节炎患者带来了福音。Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation and nursing of acupotomy combined with medium frequency cur-rent in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 86 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with acupotomy and medium frequency current treatment methods, and there were a total of three courses. The adverse reactions were observed during treatment, good health education, nursing, functional rehabilitation exercise and diet cares were carried out. Results In 86 patients,25 cases were cured, 56 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. The effective rate was 94 %. Conclusion Through our careful treatment and rehabilitation, the care effect has significant effect. Good rehabilitation and nursing effectively supported the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and brought the gospel for knee osteoarthritis patients.
