高血压合并抑郁情志因素的相关研究

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化的不断加速,高血压发病人数近几年来成上升趋势。高血压作为一种慢性病,患者处于长期的临床症状阶段,需终生服药,且本病容易合并其他并发症,这无疑给患者带来了更大的经济压力与心理压力。高血压合并抑郁情志因素的患者已成为不可忽视的一个团体。抑郁情绪不仅使患者的生活和工作质量、社会交往能力有所下降,而且与心血管疾病有密切的关系,可诱发或加重心血管疾病。现代医学也认识到情志因素,特别是抑郁的影响因素,越来越多的研究者将目光投向治疗高血压病患者的同时,缓解患者心理上的抑郁情绪,使患者的生活质量不断提高。现将高血压病合并情志因素的研究汇总如下。Along with the aging of the population increasing in our country, the number of hypertension incidence in recent years as a rising trend. Patients with high blood pressure, as a kind of chronic disease, in the long-term clinical stage, need lifelong medication,is easy to merge other complications of the disease, and this undoubtedly brought patients greater economic pressure and psychologi-cal pressure. Patients with emotional factors of hypertension combined with depression have become a group can not be ignored. De-pressed mood not only makes the patient＇s quality of life and work, social intercourse ability, and has close relationship with cardio-vascular disease, and may induce or aggravate cardiovascular disease. Modern medicine also recognizes that emotional factors, espe-cially the influence factors of depression, more and more researchers to look to treat high blood pressure patients at the same time,alleviate psychological depression patients, improve and make the patient＇s quality of life. Now the research summary of hypertension combined with emotional factors is as follows.
