综合疗法配合角调音乐治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合治疗配合角调音乐对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛的疗效观察。方法将纳入的60例膝骨性关节炎疼痛患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用常规治疗和护理配合聆听角调音乐,1次/d,30 min/d,5次/W,2 W为1个疗程,连续2个疗程。对照组只进行常规治疗和护理。干预30 min、24 h、48 h、2 W、4 W后用VAS疼痛视觉模拟评分和4 W后进行临床疗效评价观察患者疼痛变化情况。结果角调音乐组干预30 min、24 h、48 h、2 W、4 W后,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4W后两组总有效率分别为93.33%、83.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗配合角调音乐能有效改善膝骨性关节炎患者的疼痛。Objective To explore the curative effect of comprehensive th erapy combined with angle adjustable music in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis pain. Methods 60 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis pain according to random number table method were divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 30 cases. The treatment group was given routine therapy and nursing, and angle adjustable music, 1 time /day, 30 minutes/day, 5 times/W, 2 W for a period of treatment, for two consecutive period of treatment. The control group was given only routine treatment and nursing. After intervention of 30 min, 24 h,48 h, 2 w, 4 w, VAS visual was used, the clinical curative effect was evaluated after 4 w, and the change of pain was observed.Results After intervention of 30 min, 24 h, 48 h, 2 w, 4 w, the visual analogue scale（VAS） pain of the treatment group was better than that of control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment of 4 w, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.33% and 83.33%, respectively, and the treatment group was better than that of control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive therapy combined with angle adjustable music can effectively improve the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
