健脾活血补肾方治疗绝经后骨质疏松症38例

摘　　要：目的应用健脾活血补肾法治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者,分析健脾活血补肾方的临床疗效。方法将76例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为健脾活血补肾方治疗组(38例)和阿仑膦酸钠片对照组(38例)。观察两组的镇痛效果、骨密度及骨代谢的生化标志物。结果两组治疗后与治疗前比较PPT值都升高,治疗组有显著意义(P<0.05),而对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组BMD治疗后与治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗后两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后与治疗前比较PINP及S-CTX明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论健脾活血补肾方能较好的提高绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,有很好预防骨折作用,临床疗效较好,值得推广应用。Objective To the clinical curative effect of strengthening spleen and promoting blood circulation for invigorating kidney ther-apy in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 76 cases of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly di-vided into treatment group（38 cases） which received strengthening spleen and promoting blood circulation for invigorating kidney ther-apy and control group（38 cases） which received Allen phosphonic acid sodium. The analgesic effect, the bone mineral density and bone metabolic biochemical markers of two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the PPT values of the two groups were elevated,the treatment group had significantly significantce,（P〈0.05）, while the control group had no significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the value of the treatment group iwas significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. After treatment, the BMD of the two groups were significantly improved（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, PINP and S- CTX were obviously improved（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, after treatment,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion The strengthening spleen and promoting blood circulation for invigorating kidney therapy can improve the bone mineral density in patients with postmenopausal os-teoporosis, has good preventive effect and good clinical curative effect, and is worthy of popularization and application.
