滋水清肝饮干预老年高血压患者抑郁60例

摘　　要：目的本文探讨中西医结合治疗高血压病合并抑郁情绪患者的临床疗效,通过中西医结合治疗组和单纯西医对照组的治疗效果观察,总结中西医结合治疗高血压病合并抑郁情绪的优势,从而能将中西医结合治疗高血压病合并抑郁情绪的方法加以推广和进一步研究。方法实验共采集60例就诊于烟台市毓璜顶医院中西医结合科的高血压合并抑郁情绪患者,按照随机原则分为2组,每组各30例患者。西医对照组采用常规降压药物的治疗方法,中西医治疗组除采用与西医对照组相同的常规降压药外,给予患者以方剂滋水清肝饮,随症加减,每日1剂。8周后分别观察两组患者血压及相关指标的变化,并通过数据统计加以归纳及分析。结果在治疗8周后,通过动态血压分析、抑郁评分量表及患者肝肾功能检查,中西医治疗组血压水平、抑郁评分显著低于西医对照组,生活质量及症状改善明显优于西医对照组;两组患者肝肾功能较实验前未见明显异常。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗高血压合并抑郁情绪患者效果明显优于单纯西医对照组。Objective To explore the clinical therapeu tic effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of hypertension with depression, by observing the therapeutic effect of therapy of integrated medicine and Western medicine, the advantage of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of hypertension with depression was summarized, and therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of hypertension with depression was extended, and was given further research. Methods 60 cases of hypertension with depression patients in Integrated Medicine Department of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital were collected, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The Western medicine control group used conventional antihypertensive drug therapy.The integrated medicine treatment group was given modified Zishui Qingganyin on the basis of the control group, one agent each day.After 8 weeks, the change of two groups of patients with blood pressure and related index were observed, and the data were summa-rized by statistics and analysis. Results After treatment of 8 weeks, through the analysis of the dynamic blood pressure, kidney func-tion in patients with depression rating scale and the examination, blood pressure and depression score of the integrated medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those of the Western medicine control group, the improvement on the quality of life and symptoms of the integrated medicine treatment group were significantly better than those of the Western medicine control group, liver and kidney function of the two groups had no obvious anomalies, comparing with the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of hypertension with depression is obviously better than Western medicine control group.
