前列舒通和哈乐联合治疗前列腺增生的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨前列舒通和盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(哈乐)联合治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法 96例良性前列腺增生患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各48例。实验组给予前列舒通胶囊联合哈乐治疗,对照组仅给予哈乐治疗。比较两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的79.17%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)评分、最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱剩余尿量(PVR)、前列腺体积均较治疗前改善,实验组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列舒通加哈乐治疗前列腺增生临床效果显著,在改善患者临床症状、前列腺功能以及生存质量上有明显临床优势,可作为优选治疗方案。Objective To investigate clinical effect by Qianlie Shutong combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules（Harnal） in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 96 benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The experimental group received Qianlie Shutong capsules combined with Harnal for treatment, and the control group received Harnal alone for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had higher total effective rate as 93.75% than 79.17% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups had better international prostate symptom score（IPSS） score, maximum flow rate（Qmax）, post-void residual（PVR） and prostate volume than those before treatment. Improvements in the experimental group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had all better improvements of physical function, role function, cognitive function and emotional function scores than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Qianlie Shutong and Harnal shoes precisely clinical effect in treating prostatic hyperplasia. As the preferred treatment regimen, this method contains remarkably clinical advantages in improving clinical symptoms, prostate function and survival quality in patients.
