摘  要:高等教育进入大众化发展阶段后,各类高校的办学方式发生了重大转变,民办高校的发展面临着步履维艰的"高原现象"。发展方式和办学相关的各种影响力量的变化,形成了民办高校办学的倒逼机制。在倒逼机制下,民办高校必须向以学校内部因素作为动力和资源的内涵式发展转变,更加强调办学质量、办学特色和改革创新,这已成为其可持续发展的重要途径。After entering the development stage of higher education popularization, university operating mode has been significant- ly changed and the development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning is struggling with the "plateau phenomenon". The change of the influencing power on the development mode and operation related forms the anti-driving mechanism for non-gov- ernmental institutions of higher learning. Non-governmental institutions of higher learning under the anti-driving mechanism must carry out connotative development transformation with university internal factors as the energy and resources, further emphasize education quality, operation characteristics and reform and innovation, which have become an important path for the sustainable development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
