摘　　要：将迈克尔·波特的价值链理论应用于公共文化服务领域,致力于探索研究公共文化服务链的建构与实践。为使民众公共文化需求得到最大的满足,将公共文化服务建设中各环节有机组合,形成完整的公共文化服务链。同时将公共文化服务链框架分解为供给、渠道、阵地、机制和绩效评价等环节,通过对公共文化服务链运作过程中各环节存在问题的分析,并结合相关案例,提出优化公共文化服务链运行的解决方案。In this paper, Michael Porter＇s value chain theory is applied in the field of public cultural services, and is committed to exploring the construction and practice of public cultural service chain. For the maximum satisfaction of public cultural needs, this paper makes use of the scientific management methods to organically combine all sectors in the construction of public cultural service, to complete public cultural service chain. At the same time, the public cultural service chain frame is decomposed into several sectors of the supply, channel, position, mechanism, and performance evaluation. Through the analysis of the existing problems in the operation of public cultural service chain and combined with relevant cases, it puts forwards the solutions for optimizing the public cultural service chain.
