摘　　要：索赔管理的矛盾主要表现为承包人索赔事件成立技术的缺乏。本文抛开工程索赔宏观研究的传统,引入合同状态理论,从合同状态差异的角度揭示工程索赔产生的根源,并以合同状态差异为主线,对工程索赔事件成立技术进行深入研究。The contradiction of claim management is mainly manifested as deficiency of contractor claim event establishment technolo- gy. In the paper, the tradition of engineering claim macroscopic research is not considered. Theory of contract status is introduced. The root of project claim production is revealed from the perspective of contract status difference. Contract status difference is regard- ed as main line for in-depth research on project claim event establishment technology.
