摘  要:[目的]了解啶虫脒对鸟类的毒性及其对鸟类生长发育的影响。[方法]采用急性经口和急性饲喂2种方法分别研究啶虫脒对日本鹌鹑的急性毒性;并用啶虫脒质量分数为200、360、648、1166 mg/kg饲料的饲料对日本鹌鹑进行低质量分数饲喂5 d,观察对其体质量、进食量及产蛋情况的影响。[结果]啶虫脒对日本鹌鹑的急性(经口)半致死剂量LD50为25.3 mg/kg体质量;啶虫脒对日本鹌鹑的急性(饲喂)半致死浓度LC50为2345.6 mg/kg饲料。低质量分数饲喂开始后,啶虫脒对鹌鹑摄食量和体质量产生影响,到第5天摄食量及体质量减少到最低水平,第5天饲喂质量分数为1166 mg/kg饲料的日本鹌鹑摄食量平均只有2.3 g,雄性平均体质量为76.2 g,雌性平均体质量也只有71.2 g,与对照组差异显著,饲喂正常饲料后,摄食量和体质量逐渐恢复。饲喂质量分数为648、1166 mg/kg饲料的日本鹌鹑从开始染毒到染毒后42 d未发现产蛋。[结论]啶虫脒对日本鹌鹑的急性经口毒性为高毒。急性饲喂毒性为低毒。日本鹌鹑食用含有高浓度啶虫脒的饲料,能致其摄食量减少,生长缓慢,并使其开始产蛋时间向后推迟。[Aims] The aim was to study the toxicity of acetamiprid on birds and its impacts on the growth of birds. [Methods] The acute toxicity of acetamiprid on Japanese quail was studied by acute oral and oral feeding. The Japanese quails were fed with 200, 360, 648, 1166 mg/kg of aeetamiprid for 5 days, and the effects of acetamiprid on the body weight, food consumption and laying of Japanese quails were observed. [Results] The results showed that the acute oral LDs0 of acetamiprid on Japanese quail was 25.3 mg/kg, bw, and the acute dietary LCso of acetamiprid on Japanese quail was 2345.6 mg/kg- feed. The low concentration of acetamiprid could affect the food consumption and weight of Japanese quail. The food consumption and body weight of Japanese quail were reduced to the lowest level after 5 days of feeding exposure. When the concentration of acetamiprid was 1166 mg/kg, the average food consumption after 5 days of feeding exposure was only 2.3 g, the average body weight of female and male Japanese quail were 71.2 gand 76.2 g, respectively, which were significant different with the control group. The food consumption and body weight of Japanese quail could recover gradually after feeding the normal diet. The Japanese quail didn't lay eggs by feeding 648 and 1166 mg/kg of acetamiprid for 42 days. [Conclusions] The acute oral toxicity of acetamiprid on Japanese quail was high toxicity and the acute dietary toxicity was low toxicity. The high concentration of acetamiprid could reduce the food consumption, slow the growth and delay the laying of Japanese quails.
