摘  要:【目的健立同时测定玉米植株及土壤中丁草胺、异丙草胺和莠去津残留的气相色谱分析方法。【方法】玉米植株和土壤中的丁草胺、异丙草胺和莠去津用乙腈提取,柱层析法净化,气相色谱仪检测。【结果】对样品中的丁草胺、异丙草胺和莠去津进行不同水平的添加回收试验,方法的平均回收率为77.7%~102.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%~17.6%,最低检测质量浓度为0.02mg/L。【结论】该方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求,适合大批量的玉米样品的检测。[Aims] A new method was developed for residual analysis of butachlor, propisochlor and atrazine in corn plant and soil by gas chromatography (GC). [Methods] The butachlor, propisochlor and atrazine residues in corn plant and soil were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by column chromatography and determined by GC. [Results] The average recoveries ranged from 7717 to 102.0%, the relative standard deviations were 2.7-17.6%. The lowest detectable concentrations for butachlor, propisochlor and atrazine in samples were 0.02 mg/L. [Conclusions] The method is simple and reliable, and the sensitivity, accuracy and precision met with the requirement for pesticide residual analysis, which can be applied for determining butachlor, propisochlor and atrazine residues in corn samples.
