民航适航技术应用型人才的培养体系与实施路径

摘　　要：当前我国适航技术专业人才的缺乏是制约我国航空产业发展的瓶颈。在总结我国民航适航人才需求基础上,分析了适航技术专业人才培养的现状,探讨了面向民航的适航技术应用型人才培养目标定位,构建了适航技术专业人才的培养体系及实施路径,为探索面向民航的适航技术专业应用人才培养提供理论参考。Lack of airworthiness technical professionals in our country is restricting the devel- opment of China＇s aviation industry. The current situation of airworthiness technical professional training is analyzed, and the targeting for the airworthiness application talents is discussed based on the summary of aviation airworthiness talent demand in China. Finally, the implementation path and training system of civil aviation airworthiness technical talents is established, which provides theoretical reference for the airworthiness technology application talents cultivation.
