摘  要:随着环境保护事业的进步,环境影响评价工作的不断发展,原有《环境影响评价》课程体系已不能满足环评工作的实际要求。在新形势下,按照注册环境影响评价工程师的基本专业要求,构建《环境影响评价》课程教学新体系,不但为环境专业应用型人才的培养奠定基础,对改善未来环境专业毕业生就业状况也有着积极的意义。在分析了高校《环境影响评价》课程教学现实中存在的主要问题的基础上,通过开展课堂和课后实践教学、依托实际环评项目开展课程设计、聘请专家讲座、参与实际环评工作以及改革课程考核方式等措施构建《环境影响评价》课程新体系,以满足新形势下环评工作的人才需求。Along with the progress of the environmental protection and development of Environmental Impact Assessment, the previous curriculum system of environmental impact assessment cannot well adapt the requirements of the environmental impact assessment. Under the new situation, according to the basic professional requirement of registration of environmental impact assessment engineer, new curriculum system of environmental impact assessment will help to lay the foundation for training of applied talents in environmental profession, and will improve the employment situation of graduates of environmental profession. Based on analyzing the main problems on the present course of environmental impact assessment in colleges, the practical teaching will be optimized through carrying out the classroom and after--school practical education, designing the practical curriculum according to the related projects, inviting the experts to have lectures, participating in the actual work of environmental impact assessment and reforming the curriculum evaluation method. The needs of talents in this field will also be supplied with the developing of new curriculum system of environmental impact assessment.
