摘　　要：目的研究舒适护理模式在血液透析护理中的作用和效果。方法选取我院血透科患者28例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的同时增加舒适护理模式。观察对比两组患者实际情况。结果对照组患者负面情绪明显高于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论患者经过舒适护理模式在血液透析后有效降低焦虑,害怕等负面情绪的产生,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study the function and effect of comfortable nursing mode in hemodialysis nursing. Methods 28 cases of patients who were selected from the Department of hemodialysis in our hospital divided into the control group and the observation group.observation group in the conventional care while increasing comfort care mode.Results the negative emotion of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）.the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients with comfortable nursing care model in the hemodialysis after the effective reduction of anxiety,fear and other negative emotions,improve the quality of life of patients.
