盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究观察盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹疗效。方法选取2012年1月~2015年1月我所收治的复发性生殖器疱疹患者60例为受试者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。本研究对照组采用阿昔韦洛片治疗与观察组的盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片治疗疗效进行对比。结果治疗后观察组总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组复发率6.67%,明显低于对照组的30%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采取盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹,疗效好,复发少,值得临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To study the observation of hydrochloric acid cut yesterday galloway curative effect in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes. Methods Selected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were 60 patients with recurrent genital herpes to subjects, 30 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases. This research in the control group treated with acyclovir Wei Luo piece with hydrochloric acid cut yesterday galloway therapeutic effects of observation group were compared. Results After treatment the total effective rate（93.33%） of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group（73.33%）,（P〈0.05） difference is statistically significant. The recurrence rate（6.67%） of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group 30%）,（P〈0.05） difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Take cut yesterday galloway hydrochloride in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes, good curative effect, less recurrence, worthy of clinical application and spread.
